Pre-Cleanse: 

Prior to your cleanse, we recommend that you stop consuming meat, dairy, high-salt foods, refined sugar, caffeine and alcohol. Focus on eating a whole foods, plant-based diet for at least 3-5 days to prepare the body.

During your Cleanse:

Some people may experience uncomfortable detoxification symptoms such as headaches and nausea. This can occur especially if your body is used to an unhealthy diet full of stimulants and processed foods. This is normal as the body is flushing out many accumulated toxins during this time. 

Things that can enhance your cleanse:

  • Hot baths with epsom or sea salt
  • Dry-skin brushing
  • Sauna
  • Steam room
  • Gentle work-outs/yoga
  • Massage
  • Drinking filtered water and herbal tea throughout the cleanse, along with your juice

Post-Cleanse:

Similar to the pre-cleanse, consume easy to digest whole foods, and slowly begin to re-introduce other foods over the course of 3-5 days.
